No, in fact I was using to color and draw lately a super good program Pixelmator, the only problem is that is just working on Mac, is really cheap and works almost like photoshop, maybe not have all the editing flexibilities of PS but is really great :)

I was just curious and I don't have a mac... I loved the blue/gray color you chose. and the texture... so made me ask.

if I've learned one thing it's talent and hardwork... not the programs. Though, I wish it was programs! That would make me a lot better! lol

by the way, MS has a "vector layer" you can do while inking... and it acts like working with vectors! Check it out too! Not that you need it...
